Roasted sunflower seeds
Red onion, sliced
Crumbled feta cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Season the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper. Roast them in the oven for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss in the arugula and remaining salad ingredients except the feta cheese.
Mix well with the dressing and top with feta cheese and chickpeas before serving.
