Preheat oven to 375 °F

In a large bowl mix together oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Add milk, eggs, and 1 cup mashed banana to large mixing bowl - stirring until well mixed.

Add apple once ingredients are mixed.

Using a greased muffin tin, fill cups with mixture.
