  • Old fashion oats
    2 cup
  • Baking powder
    1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk (type of your choice: almond, cow's, soy etc,)
    1 cup
  • Egg

  • Banana, mashed (about 3 bananas)
    1 cup
  • Apple, peeled and diced
    1 large

    Preheat oven to 375 °F

    In a large bowl mix together oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.

    Add milk, eggs, and 1 cup mashed banana to large mixing bowl - stirring until well mixed.

    Add apple once ingredients are mixed.

    Using a greased muffin tin, fill cups with mixture.
